Gettin' Jiggy w. Kimchi Jigae!

To all you kimchi fans, here is a simple, fast, and easy recipe for Korean Kimchi Jigae (spicy fermented cabbage/radish stew). If your mouth isn't watering by now, check out our lastest video. Things are about to get very steamy...



Ingredients:
1 large can of tuna
1/2 cup small onion sliced
3 cups loosely packed kimchi
1 tsp garlic minced
1/2 cup kimchi juice
2 cups water
1 Tbs gochujang (Korean chili paste)
1 Tbs gochugaru (Korean dried chili flakes) optional
1/2 block tofu sliced
2 green onions thinly sliced

*combine all ingredients then leave to a simmer.
