Gettin' Jiggy w. Kimchi Jigae!

To all you kimchi fans, here is a simple, fast, and easy recipe for Korean Kimchi Jigae (spicy fermented cabbage/radish stew). If your mouth isn't watering by now, check out our lastest video. Things are about to get very steamy...



Ingredients:
1 large can of tuna
1/2 cup small onion sliced
3 cups loosely packed kimchi
1 tsp garlic minced
1/2 cup kimchi juice
2 cups water
1 Tbs gochujang (Korean chili paste)
1 Tbs gochugaru (Korean dried chili flakes) optional
1/2 block tofu sliced
2 green onions thinly sliced

*combine all ingredients then leave to a simmer.

POP!

Even though New Years is over, we feel that glitter is appropriate for any occasion including the dreaded 1st day back to school after a much too short winter break.

Hello. My name is Jessica. Some of my friends like to call me Nammy or Doggie or just Jess! But you can call me your #1 ranter, raver, and obsessor of all things flashy, pretty, and innovative. I am a senior illustration major at the School of Visual Arts in Manhattan and when I'm not smitten over a new lipstick, I stress over what I'm having for dinner.


Hi Ya! My name is Ayşe. Anyone who knows me knows how much I adore my 30lb Boston Terrier/Pug mix, BUGG! I graduated class of 2010 as a Design & Management major at Parsons The New School for Design. I am a self-proclaimed girly-girl and proud of it. I love to go out and have fun ALMOST as much as I love to stay home in my Hello Kitty snuggie and watch a good movie.
